Bureau's Virtual Assistant Service connected reputable, vetted administrative professionals with busy entrepreneurs and founders looking to offload their day-to-day tasks.

Bureau presented a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between the busy professional and on-demand, virtual assistants. Over the course of two years I operationalized the business, back-office processes, and nurtured the virtual assistant (VA) prospect pipeline so that the Bureau platform could run at scale, across major geographies. The objective was to connect two sides of our managed marketplace based on trust, reputation, and an overall high-quality user experience.

With Stephen on board as COO, I focused so much more on my own responsibilities thanks to the trust he instills and the way he works.
